About This Event
Learn some "tricks of the trade" including board selection, food safety and creating a manageable design to serve a large group or just a few. We will address the many beautiful choices of food possibilities for color, texture, proteins, slow & fast carbs. The class includes some hands-on opportunities resulting in each student creating their own nibbler plate to enjoy.
Complementary soft drinks and snacks are served during the class. Wine is available for purchase by the glass or sampler flight. Accessible parking and restrooms are available.
This class is 3rd in a series titled, "Wine and the Art of Eating Together." Tickets are sold SEPARATELY for the date and choice of time. Each topic builds on the next but they also stand alone as a satisfying experience. It is NOT necessary to attend them all. Most are offered with two time slots of 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
