This is a meat focused event. The items featured will be gluten free, but other allergies may be present such as dairy, nuts, spices, etc.
Carry-out meats and ciders will be available for purchase throughout the event and as you leave, so you can take home your favorite combination.
ABOUT SMOKING GOOSE
In 2007, Indianapolis natives and high school sweethearts Chris & Mollie Eley opened their neighborhood butcher shop and fine food market named after Mollie’s childhood nickname, Goose.
Based on the relationships with farmers and the recipes that they developed behind the counter, Goose the Market grew into Smoking Goose in 2011.
Working by hand in small batches with proteins and ingredients raised as nature intended: these are the craft commitments upon which smoking goose forges new flavors. and These new flavor traditions have earned Smoking Goose nods from Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Good Food Awards, James Beard Foundation, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and more.
ABOUT ASH & ELM CIDER CO
Ash & Elm Cider Co. was opened in the summer of 2016 by husband and wife team Aaron and Andréa Homoya. As a company, Ash & Elm Cider Co. strives to make quality ciders using apples from around the Midwest and to help cultivate the market for craft cider in Indianapolis.
Each cider we make - from traditional heirloom-apple blends to more modern and esoteric styles - uses fresh-pressed apple juice that is never from concentrate and uses all-natural ingredients. We hand-peel every lemon that goes into Fleeting Youth; we use real fruit infusions in our fruited ciders instead of syrups or fruit concentrates; we crush, toast, and blend whole spices into our spiced ciders like Autumntide and Sugar Plum Snow Day.
Though we release a wide range of styles, you’ll know you’re drinking an Ash & Elm Cider Co. cider by our focus on making complex, drinkable, apple-forward ciders.
