A two-day festival of craft chocolate on November 22 & 23
-Sample delicious milk chocolate, white chocolate & dark chocolate
-Learn about your favorite fermented food (yes, chocolate!)
-Meet cacao farmers, chocolate makers, and chocolatiers
-Find out how craft chocolate is made, from seed to finished bar
-Touch a cacao pod fresh off the tree

Three ticketed sessions:
Friday: 4:00 - 7:00 (Taste & shop + Childrens Corner; No classes on Friday) $8
Saturday morning: 9:00 - 12:30 (Taste & shop, classes & workshops) $8
Saturday afternoon: 1:30 - 5:00 (Taste & shop, classes & workshops) $8
Saturday afternoon add-on: Special tickets can be purchased for 2:00 pm Guided Beer & Chocolate Pairing by David Nilsen. (Requires separate ticket for off-site class)
