River Centre

The Jasper River Centre, is a sprawling state of the art development opened in 2020, and is a $40 million redevelopment to restore a historical part of downtown Jasper, Indiana, by Boxer Girl, LLC. The River Centre is centrally located in Jasper, IN and sits along 3rd Avenue, on the north side of the Patoka River.

The River Centre is home to 76 residential apartments, commercial properties including Kristen Ruhe Design Studio, Café Pina, FitFuel, St. Benedict's Brew Works, Beauty Bar, ERA Real Estate and the latest, Owsley's Lounge. The River Centre complex is also home to Fairfield Inn by Marriott along with Mixed-Use Event Spaces to rent including High Pointe, with exclusive roof top access for outdoor events, the Courtyard, a beautiful outdoor venue tent, and Owsley's Lounge for small indoor event gatherings.
